SHIPPING & RETURNS
We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the purchasing credit/debit card OR the address confirmed on your PayPal account upon successful receipt of full payment of the price for the Goods. All online purchases include a distinctive Juefang Yang gift box, which is packaged into a secure, non-branded postal pack. If an item is in stock and available for shipping, it will be processed for delivery within 1-2 working days. Most bespoke jewellery take 6-12 weeks to become available for delivery. We will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Upon dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number.

For shipments outside UK, all import duties, sales taxes and/or other import costs as incurred at the point of entry into the country of destination are the customer’s sole responsibility.
Orders placed during non-working days and holiday seasons or when experience a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. Our representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
You should be aware that delivery period may vary depending on various factors which are often beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays in the delivering or supplying the Goods if such delayed is caused by an event outside our control. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that there will be a delay. We will not be liable for any delays caused by the event or consequential impact you face; but you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for the Goods you have paid for but not received.
Returns & Exchange:
Whilst we hope that you will love your Juefang Yang jewellery, items can be returned or exchanged within 14-days from the date of delivery and as long as they are as new, unworn, undamaged and in the original saleable condition as when purchased. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware that we cannot refund import duties or taxes on international deliveries.
It is important to note that in the case of a purchase of a bespoke piece of jewellery or items that have been engraved or personalised, we are not able to accept a return. Pierced jewellery such as earrings for hygiene and safety reasons will not be refunded or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
